Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing project success and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Creates and manages project plans, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks

Evaluates project trade-offs and collaborates with business sponsors to define success metrics

Leads project teams, facilitating design sessions and ensuring projects meet success parameters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 6-8 years of project management and / or process improvement experience, preferably in banking

Knowledge of banking technology stacks and process improvement methodologies (Lean and / or Six Sigma)

Strong understanding of project management concepts and ability to manage projects with minimal oversight

Experience with treasury services, deposit operations, and accounting operations
