We are seeking a Construction Quality Auditor (PQM Quality Assurance Manager) to join our Sacramento, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Understanding and utilizing quality procedures to carry out inspections and audits.
  • Writing reports and recommendations
  • Performing periodic inspections on various items related to high speed rail.
  • Using and interpreting Caltrans Specifications, codes, and project specifications.
  • Strong communication, writing, and teamwork skills
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Ability to travel as needed to fabrication sites and the jobsite

Requirements

Minimum requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years of construction quality experience with some experience using Caltrans construction specifications and / or fabrication auditing.
  • At minimum the job requires the ability to travel to Fresno, CA for periodic inspections and audits which could be up to 2 to 3 days per week.

Technical requirements :

  • Auditing and inspection of bridge structure, rail, and / or bridge construction experience.
  • PE is desirable.

Other miscellaneous qualities :

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work as part of a team involving staff, clients and outside agencies

Compensation :

$175k - $215k annual salary

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
