WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- No experience needed, we will train!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Greet respiratory patients and direct them to the sign in board
Teach patients the importance of compliance and use of CPAP device
Complete proper patient documentation in initiation of respiratory therapy procedures
Answering in-store phone calls for respiratory or sales floor
Coordinate all aspects of services including physician’s orders
Coordinate with the patient and caregiver(s) for therapy and / or equipment instruction
Perform sales and rentals using the POS system
SCHEDULE & LOCATION :
- Monday - Friday 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
