This role offers a flexible work schedule of 20 hours per week, with the option to work 2.5 days per week or 4 hours each weekday.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support to our investment team and back office.
- Maintain accuracy, strict confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions with investors, including high net worth individuals, families, foundations, and institutional clients.
- Manage contact database, handle incoming checks, arrange couriers, restock kitchen supplies, and oversee various office tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in a similar administrative role in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, exceptional time management, and attention to detail.
