About the Role
As a member of our Shopping Experience design team, you will work on core surfaces used by millions of customers every day, and help envision features for our marketplace working with teams across the core consumer organization.
This role is on our Discovery team where key surfaces like our Home Page, platforms like search and browse, and our personalization / ML charters live.
The mission of this team is to make it easy to discover anything on our platform, so you’ll also have the opportunity to work on core features that impact all of our products on DoorDash.

- You have 5+ years of work experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale and track record of leading and delivering results in a team environment
- You are an excellent storyteller and proactive communicator, and able to distill complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Have worked on products and problem spaces of similar complexity and scope for consumers using multi-sided marketplaces
- Bonus : Have worked on discovery challenges in search / browse / personalization before, and can demonstrate how you navigated past challenges effectively.
