• At least 1 year of hospital pharmacist experience· IV Certification· Texas State Board of Pharmacy LicenseREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : · Texas State Board of Pharmacy LicensePreferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• MediTech· Pyxis· OnBase· Vigilanz· NICU ExperienceList typical procedures performed on unit(s) : · Verify / enter orders· Manage pharmacy and pharmacy technician· Respond to clinical alerts in Vigilanz as time allows Best personality Fit : · Someone who prefers autonomy and multi-tasking, with a good customer service understandingScrub Color / Attire - Navy Blue
