The PRN Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for ensuring the provision of quality nursing care for assigned groups of patients / residents through utilization of the nursing process, established standards of care, and relevant organizational / departmental / unit policies and procedures.
Scope of responsibilities include the immediate supervision and coaching / mentoring of assisting personnel in the performance of delegated direct / indirect nursing care activities and unit maintenance task.
