Responsibilities
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance for robots and charging stations
- Troubleshoot and execute onsite repairs including preparation and necessary equipment management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist customers with handling non hardware related escalations onsite.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during visits.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in manufacturing facilities or other environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the role.
