Gen AI Product Technology Lead - VP

The Gen AI Technology Product Lead is a mid-level position responsible for overseeing the product development life cycle from conceptualization to prototyping until it is ready for delivery to internal stakeholders and users.

Some of the responsibilities include :

Strategic Planning and Leadership : Set strategies and priorities based on anticipation of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Provide leadership in strategic planning for technology products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, product, policy, legal, and other internal groups.

Counsel these partners on communications considerations for product updates.

• Market Insight and Business Solutions : Recognize business problems and propose strategic solutions.Explore revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities.
• Generative AI Expertise : Understand Generative AI techniques, algorithms, and closely with data scientists and engineers to develop AI-driven HR compliance with ethical and privacy standards in AI applications.
• Communication and Content Creation : Act as a creative thought leader within the Product Management Team.
• Subject Matter Expertise : Be knowledgeable about HR processes, employee lifecycle, and workforce the design and development of Generative AI-powered HR applications.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years experience working with and understanding of HR processes and challenges.
• 3-5 years experience in Product management
• 1+ year experience with AI / ML concepts, including Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and recommendation systems.

Preferences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education :

Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business or related fields.

Certifications

• Scrum Product Owner
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
