- Assess and monitor patient vital signs and progress.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate and provide support to patients' families regarding treatment plans and care needs.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for patient safety and care quality.- Adapt quickly to rapidly changing situations in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that this position requires flexibility and commitment to working night shifts.
