Director of Business Development & Investor Relations
- This individual will play a pivotal role in securing the resources necessary for research, development, and scaling, contributing to the achievement of key milestones and the delivery of scalable products within our ambitious timeline.
- Guide our efforts in prospecting, acquiring, and engaging clients, investors, and external stakeholders with deep expertise in business, negotiation, executive presentation, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Strategy : Develop go-to-market plans based on market trends, client needs, and product feedback.
- Sales & Investor Pipeline : Build and manage pipelines for both clients and investors, ensuring reliable conversions and preparing for fundraising rounds.
- Presentations & Proposals : Create compelling presentations : business proposals, and financial feasibility analyses.
- Investor & Board Updates : Provide regular updates to investors, prepare Board meetings, and manage communications with stakeholders.
- Technology Communication : Stay updated on technology to effectively explain it to clients and investors.
- Agreements Execution : Execute offtake and PoC agreements with various companies.
- Stakeholder Relationships : Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors.
- Marketing Campaigns : Execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, and represent the company at events.
- Ad-Hoc Projects : Lead projects like impact assessments, due diligence, and change management.
- Support Tasks : Assist with administrative tasks such as CRM updates, memos, and OKRs
Key Competencies
- Education : MBA or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience : 10+ years in corporate roles, with 5+ years in executive positions.
