How you'll make an impact :
You'll help create personalized journeys to re-engage former subscribers and trialers to drive customer acquisition.
What you'll do :
The Senior Manager, Winback Marketing will be responsible for supporting all lines of the Winback business, helping to convert former subscribers and trialers into paying subscribers.
- Primary responsibilities will focus on developing personalized journeys across the lifecycle to increase activations
- Develop new Winback creative using a variety of internal data to personalize
- Manage projects from ideation to production, aligning with stakeholders along the way
- Serve as liaison between cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative Services, Brand, Legal, Digital Experience, campaign operations, Programming & Analytics) to support campaign development and execution.
- Offer ongoing campaign performance feedback and broader business insights, thereby motivating the best work possible from internal cross functional teams
- Review and monitor daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to identify improvement opportunities as well as any potential issues (across all campaigns, projects, and programs)
What you'll need :
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably on a subscription service
- Previous marketing experience with Salesforce required.
- You have a creative streak : You value personalized content that delivers the right content and the right offer to the right customer at the right time.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a highly fluid, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience
- Results-Oriented : You are someone that drives outcomes with a demonstrated track record for improving results in business performance.
You take a focused approach towards action and rapid testing. You know how to extract learnings from both wins and losses.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills , public speaking, presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Data driven marketer who prioritizes testing and iterating to optimize campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to report on campaign performance
- Ability to operate independently and effectively in a matrixed environment, aggressively managing projects to achieve goals.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
