Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the company, ensuring sustainable growth, and providing leadership in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Financial Planning :
• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on financial implications of business activities and strategic initiatives.
• Financial Management :
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, funding, and investment activities.
• Operational Efficiency :
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, systems, and processes.
• Optimize the company’s financial performance by identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial efficiencies.
• Oversee the finance team, providing mentorship and development to foster a high-performing finance department.
• Compliance and Risk Management :
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
• Manage external audits and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Business Partnership :
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support for business decisions.
• Partner with the sales and marketing teams to analyze the financial impact of advertising campaigns and initiatives.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the digital advertising or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on mentorship and development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling software).
• Would prefer candidate to have a experience in the advertising and marketing industry.
