Insight Global is looking for an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to develop scripts to resolve end-user issues proactively, gather data from our endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Tanium, Azure, Graph API, Citrix, ServiceNow) to track compliance, and continuously improve user experience.
You will improve and maintain existing remediation scripts, develop processes for exporting data by leveraging API calls to our endpoint management systems, and implement all development using a DevOps process, utilizing CI / CD pipelines within a Scrum Agile framework in both a Windows and Mac OS environment.
You will build automation solutions to manage all facets of the end-user computing environment and create custom reports using SQL, Microsoft Graph API, KQL, and Power BI.
You will collaborate with the Infrastructure, Security, Applications teams to ensure seamless integration of end-user computing solutions with other systems and platforms, translate business requirements into technical requirements and develop comprehensive technical designs and implementation plans, and proactively identify and address significant bugs or issues.
