Ensure acquired or developed systems and architectures are consistent with the organization's cybersecurity architecture guidelines.
Document how the implementation of a new system or new interface between systems impacts the current and target environment, including security posture.
Develop system security contexts, system security CONOPS, and baseline system security requirements in accordance with cybersecurity requirements.
Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes. Provide input to the Risk Management Framework process activities and related documentation.
Basic Qualifications :
- Experience writing detailed functional specifications that document the architecture development process
- Experience analyzing candidate architectures, allocating security services, and selecting security mechanisms
- Experience planning implementation strategy to ensure enterprise components can be integrated and aligned
- Ability to define appropriate levels of system availability based on critical system functions, and ensure system requirements identify appropriate disaster recovery and continuity of operations requirements, including fail-over or alternate site requirements, backup requirements, and material supportability requirements for system recover or restoration
- Ability to integrate key management functions with cyberspace
- Ability to evaluate security architectures and designs to determine the adequacy of security design and architecture proposed or provided in response to requirements contained in acquisition documents, identify the gaps in security architecture, and integrate results
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or CS
- DoD IAT level III Certification, including CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP or CISSP Associate, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP Certification
Additional Qualifications :
- Experience with modeling tools, including Cameo Enterprise Architect, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or IBM Rhapsody
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, including DoDAF 2.0, and UAF with related network C2 capability requirements
- Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry with systems engineering for C2 systems
- Knowledge of capability requirements generation at the service level
- Ability to plan and deliver capability demonstrations in an Agile cadence
- Ability to produce solutions independently or with a team
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master’s degree in CS, Network Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Object Management Group(OMG),Certified System Modeling Language Professional (OCSMP), orModel User and Builder Certification
