T4H Job ID : 15045693 n Shift : 6 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM nNO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE) nContract Length : 13 weeks nStart : 10 / 7 or 10 / 21.
nFloat Requirement : float pool first to float between Deaconess Midtown / Gateway (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY 11 miles).
nWeekend / Holiday Requirement : every other weekend / every other holiday rotation. nMust have current active compact license.
nAHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS. nMinimum Experience : Must have 1 year of Med / Surg (prefer 2 years). n1 travel assignment required.
nTrauma level 1 or 2 required. nTele experience is HIGHLY preferred nCharting Experience : Recent EPIC experience required.
nLevel II Trauma Facility, Teaching Facility, Acute Care. nRatios 1 : 7 Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates nScrub Colors : Navy blue scrubs nCovid-19 Vaccine Not Required .
