General Manager - Residential Mechanical Service - Base Salary to 200k / year - Weymouth, MA
Our client, a stable, fast-growing residential mechanical servicing company handling service, installation, and preventative maintenance, has an immediate need for a General Manager to oversee operations of the Weymouth, MA branch.
They are a continually growing company, and they are looking for an entrepreneurial, visionary leader to help build out the South Shore area, taking them to new heights.
The philosophy of this business is to operate as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and they are looking for someone who operates from a customer and employee first mentality in order to lead as a way of life for the business.
In this position, the General Manager should have a very entrepreneurial mindset and will be largely responsible for growing the business organically, via the sales team and growing various divisions.
The General Manager will grow a residential sales team, drive leads, motivate customer service reps, as well as handle the administrative functions of the branch with a strong focus on P&L.
The General Manager will also be responsible for creating the vision for the office, helping to devise creative solutions to grow divisions, and building team unity.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience as a General Manager in HVAC, related trades, or a service business.
The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong organizational and customer service skills.
Compensation : Our client is offering a base salary up to 200k / year, as well as a lucrative bonus structure. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
