Responsibilities
- Keeping deal logs up to date and accurate
- Looking at F&I deals to make sure they are ready for booking.
- Processing Incentives
- Handling F&I cancellations
- Processing Service Contracts, GAP statements
- Manages inbound communication, such as phone calls and messages, emails and letters
- Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry and record keeping
Qualifications
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
- Highly professional and dependable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Automotive experience preferred
