Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our success. Your key responsibilities include : Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our commercial lines portfolio. Policy Management : Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
Have the ability to complete anywhere from 30-40 tasks on a daily basis; recording activities (emails / phone calls) in the agency management system Have the ability to multitask to field incoming phone calls requesting service as well as incoming emails requesting service Have the ability to be cognizant of the renewals that are assigned to you within the next rolling 30 / 60 / 90 days Referral Management : Actively connect clients with our full range of services, including Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and HCM, to provide a seamless and integrated client experience.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other internal teams to deliver top-tier insurance solutions.
Compliance : Ensure that all activities and documentation adhere to company policies and industry regulations, upholding our commitment to excellence.
