The company is starting up their Sandy Springs location and seeking qualified Senior Data Analyst to lead this new branch initiatives and be the onsite representative for the Analytics team.

Salary / Hourly Rate :
$85k - $90k (plus 10% Company bonus)
Position Overview :
The Senior Data Analyst's primary responsibilities include developing novel models and insights for the clients, suppliers, internal operations, and business procedures, as well as pushing important company projects to leverage data to generate competitive advantages.
The Senior Data Analyst will be in charge of creating innovative solutions for the sector and gaining strong insights from the data.
To identify needs and support decision-making, the Senior Data Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with the Operations, Supply Chain, Account Management, Accounting, and IT teams.
We are looking for a smart, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to join the Analytics team and take the lead in the Atlanta branch.
Responsibilities of the Senior Data Analyst :
- Define, develop, and put into action important analytics projects and solutions that generate company value.
- Use data science methods to provide innovative solutions that are suited to the sector, such as classification, clustering, PCA, regression, time series, etc.
- Examine corporate procedures for trends and patterns that can be used to automate or improve tasks.
- Collect business needs from groups and convert them into technological specifications and solutions.
- Analyze and convey data initiatives to management and all other organizational levels.
- Create dashboards by utilizing datasets from many sources.
- To ensure everything is operating as it should, monitor and improve company KPIs and analytics results.
- Collaborate with the Data Integrity group to pinpoint data enhancements.
- Encourage the organization to accept the use of analytics.
- Keep an eye on the analytics scene and find new methods and tools to incorporate into the company's technological stack.
Qualifications for the Senior Data Analyst :
- Two to four years of relevant experience implementing data science and analytics approaches.
- A track record of providing top leadership with insights and suggestions.
- Working understanding of the benefits and downsides of various machine learning techniques, such as supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning, and the ability to put solutions into practice.
- Capacity to organize, integrate, and arrange massive data sources in order to produce coherent findings.
- Python / R and SQL coding expertise and rudimentary knowledge of ETL procedures.
- Strong background in dashboarding and visualization using Tableau or a comparable product.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as technical ability for swift application learning.
- Both creative and strategic thinking.
- Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to balance conflicting priorities among many workstreams.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to translate complicated technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
- A strong desire for ongoing education and development to stay up to date with the state of analytics.
Education Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, etc.) or commensurate work experience.
- Master's degree is a plus.
