Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) Associate
An AmLaw 25 firm and one of California's largest leading practice groups is seeking an experienced Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) Associate with at least 2 years of big law experience to join their renowned practice in San Francisco, Silicon Valley or San Diego.
You will become part of a leading team that excels in representing high-growth companies, venture capital investors, and other key players in the technology and life sciences sectors.
The firm's ECVC practice is distinguished by its work on groundbreaking financings, strategic investments, and innovative transactions that drive industry change.
This is a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge startups and venture-backed companies on high-impact matters.
The firm is strategically growing its California offices, investing heavily in strengthening their robust ECVC practice. This expansion reflects the firm’s commitment to fostering a dynamic culture and enhancing its team’s capabilities.

Requirements :
- Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the CA Bar
- Class of 2022 or later
- Strong academic credentials from a leading law school
