Must-Have :

Candidates must have skills in Orthopedic, General, and Neuro surgery.

Description :

The position requires 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.

Candidates must possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.

The unit has a total of 8 beds and consists of RNs and CSTs.

Day shift typically includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters.

Night shift follows a 1 : 1 patient ratio.

Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Meditech, is required.

The unit primarily performs orthopedic, general, and neuro surgical procedures.

Robotic and trauma procedures are also conducted in this unit.

Ideal candidates are hardworking and dedicated.

Weekend shifts and on-call responsibilities will be required.

CSTs will also have on-call duties.
