This opportunity offers a base annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000, an incentive plan averaging $1,000 to $1,500 per month, plus a phantom equity plan! Comprehensive benefits include medical and dental coverage, three weeks of paid time off, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
They also offer a generous retention bonus of $10,000 to $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement.

Requirements :
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
