We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This exciting role will provide you with an opportunity to work on a broad range of civil engineering projects and to make a significant impact on our organization and its clients. This full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding environment where you will utilize your skills in CAD / Civil3D design, client management, and understanding of Maryland civil guidelines to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities :

As a Civil Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include :

1. Leading and managing the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

2. Utilizing AutoCAD / Civil3D to create, revise and maintain engineering and design drawings.

3. Coordinating with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.

4. Applying knowledge of Maryland civil guidelines and permitting process to ensure project compliance.

5. Preparing and reviewing construction documents, specifications, and reports.

6. Delegating tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as needed.

7. Identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues.

8. Ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through effective communication and client management skills.

9. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Civil Project Manager role, you must have :

1. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of engineering design experience, with a focus on civil projects.

3. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil3D and other relevant design software.

5. Strong knowledge of Maryland civil guidelines and the permitting process.

6. Experience in preparing and reviewing construction documents.

7. Exceptional client management skills, with a proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships.

8. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

9. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

10. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

11. A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
