Affinity Recruiting has an exciting opportunity for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for a local distributor in the Syracuse, NY location!
55K – 65K per year (depending on experience) with some OT and this position has an amazing benefits package!
Qualifications :
- Coordinate and manage all production, housekeeping and support department activities, ensure proper and accurate paperwork, collect and / or distribute as needed
- Build people capabilities through effective employee relations, training, and communications
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, GMP's, OSHA, Company Policies and Procedures Company's mission statement
- Ensure compliance with Union contract and provide fair and consistent discipline.
- Work in a fast paced, changing manufacturing environment
- Meet and / or exceed daily, monthly, and annual production requirements and standards
