This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing big-picture vision with detailed execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' experience in consumer marketing, particularly within a subscription business, and a deep understanding of growth marketing, funnel optimization, and growth loops. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A creative sensibility, a passion for the ocean or related verticals, and experience in international markets or consumer tech, sports, lifestyle, or media are also valued. The Head of Marketing will be expected to define and track key performance indicators, leverage data and insights for continuous improvement, and present clear and actionable reports to the executive team.
