Job Summary : The Financial Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, support, and optimization of our financial systems and applications.

This role ensures the integration of financial data, enhances system functionality, and supports the financial planning and analysis processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • System Administration : Manage and maintain financial systems (e.g., ERP, financial reporting tools), including system upgrades, patches, and configurations.
  • Support and Troubleshooting : Provide technical support for financial systems, resolving issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
  • Data Integration : Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy across platforms.
  • System Optimization : Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, recommend enhancements, and implement best practices.
  • Financial Reporting : Support the generation of financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Project Management : Lead and manage system-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with finance, accounting, IT, and other departments to understand system needs, gather requirements, and ensure effective system use.
  • Training and Documentation : Develop and deliver training materials for users, create and maintain system documentation, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.

g., CPA, CISA) preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience managing financial systems, with a strong background in ERP systems (e.g.

SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial software and systems, with a solid understanding of SQL, data integration, and reporting tools.

Experience with system implementation and project management is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
