Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Glendale, AZ.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's specific needs.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' overall development.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary.
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and pursue professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
