PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - NYC
Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders to factories
- Assisting the Sourcing Director with price negotiations and emails to factories
- Handling price and COGs adjustments through the product life cycle
- Coordinate with sales and design departments for managing new development and associated orders
- Building margin charts for decisions on sourcing and production placement
- Communication with the Direct-to-Consumer team on order timing and placement
- Help with receiving samples including logging and passing to relevant departments
- Assist in data correction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of apparel production experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- This job requires being onsite in our Manhattan office 4-5 days / week
