Become part of Essentia's accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!We are currently hiring for our Med / Surg Float Pool at St Mary's Medical Center.This is a wonderful opportunity to expand your nursing skill sets in the acute care setting. Submit an application today!- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. - You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and / or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Licensure / Certification Qualifications :

Certification / Licensure Requirements :

Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month

External candidate RNs are eligible for sign on incentive of $10,000 for ADNs and $15,000 for BSNs
