Our Private BankSummer Analyst Program is designed to offer you the uniqueopportunity to work in and gain exposure to the various teamswithin The Private Bank including Relationship Management, Trust& Wealth Structuring and Investment Management.
Our structured10-week internship provides extensive on-the-job training where youare aligned to a high-performing client team to gain hands-onexperience and knowledge to serve ultra-high-net-worth clientsranging from business owners to corporate executives toentrepreneurs and innovators.
In addition to receiving educationalcontent and exposure to various thought leaders, you will beprovided with coaching, mentorship and volunteer opportunitiesthroughout the program.
Whatyou’ll do :
As a summer analyst,you will participate in robust programming and skills-basedcurriculum and gain exposure of daily client-related tasks such as :
- Helping with new business generation,prospect cultivation and client engagement
- Managing the execution of client serviceactivities such as digital onboarding, initiating and monitoringaccount openings and asset transfers
- Handlingclient inquiries and coordinating with specialists and servicecenters to deliver an integrated service experience to the client
- Servicing account maintenance activities,including trust accounting transactions, processingdeposits / transfers and providing reports
- Conducting research projects on behalf ofclients and / or maintaining organizational investment industryresearch and report information
- Assessingclient experience across live / digital touchpoints to identifyopportunities for modernization and integration
- Providing administrative coordination withtrading, operations and client service teams
Who we’re lookingfor :
We are looking for highlymotivated individuals who are energetic, outgoing, analytical andentrepreneurial with an interest in gaining a sophisticated,well-rounded skillset aligned to wealth structuring, credit andbanking, trust and relationship management.
Required :
- Studentsmust be pursuing a Bachelors or Bachelors direct to Masters degreefrom an accredited college or university with a graduationtimeframe between December 2025 and August 2026
- Demonstrated record of achievement such asextracurricular activities or leadership roles
- Passion for investing and a strongunderstanding of finance
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
- Analytical, quantitative and critical thinkingskills
- Strong interpersonal skills with anability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to think independently and demonstrategood judgment
- Strong time management andorganizational skills
- Ability to multi-taskwith a strong attention to detail
Preferred :
- 3.2minimum GPA preferred
- Technical skills such asExcel and PowerPoint
