How You Can Help

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a skilled nursing care facility (SNF) in collaboration with a team of PT’s, OT’s and SLP’s.

These residents could be rehab to home or long-term care residents.

The Impact You Can Make

As a PTA, you will be responsible for providing, under the direction of a physical therapist, therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards.

You will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives, to optimize each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (New Grads Welcome)

Current PTA state licensure

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

A results-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

A tech-savvy skillset with the ability to learn quickly

A sense of professional curiosity, with a desire to learn new things, and to find / recommend solutions to problems
