Responsibilities :

  • Cooperate with manufacturers and clients and provide suitable server hardware solution to the clients;
  • Configure server components build-of-material(BOM) to fulfill the client’s requirement; ensure server computability and stability;
  • Establish and maintain an efficient and effective supply chain management through the selection, qualification and ongoing management of suppliers related to Ma Labs’ Server Solution service;
  • Study and analyze technical data and product specifications of our Server Solution to forecast immediate and future needs and formulate professional procurement strategies of products;
  • Analyze costs, conduct research and forecast for the procurement of Servers;
  • Confer with vendors, customers, and management to negotiate pricing and ascertain availability;
  • Maintain procurement database using internal ERP system to monitor inventory, analyze costs, freight delivery, product quality and performance.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands on working experience in server configuration
  • Expert knowledge in server products and system integration
  • Previous purchasing or sales experience in PC industry is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Will act with a sense of urgency, high quality judgment and sound decision making
  • Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Solid interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions
