Description
An Entry Level Account Manager at XTalk Prep is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, account management, and customer service to begin their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseRequired Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is desirable.
