Responsibilities :
- Provide in-home care services, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders, and companionship.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.
