Day Shift - (Hours : 7a -7p) Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.

Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit.
The Unit
4N is a Medical Telemetry unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems : Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, stroke, and cellulitis.
The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The unit provides staff with a wide variety of learning experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Working on a mixed-acuity unit will provide you the opportunity to be ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations, and use best practice techniques from evidence-based care.

Education & Experience :
- Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
- BSN Preferred or commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years of hire date.
- RN with 1-2 years of experience in acute care or sub-acute care experience preferred .
