Business Systems Analyst - Hospitality

We're seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance hospitality platforms for an elite resort organization. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving improvements in guest experience and operational efficiency.

• What You'll Do
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Analyze and improve systems such as property management (e.g., IQware), reservations (e.g., Inntopia), and workforce platforms.
• Document requirements to support new features and system enhancements.
• Manage projects including software releases, vendor coordination, and quality assurance.
• Drive process improvements using agile methodologies, process mapping, and change management.
• Act as a subject matter expert for key hospitality applications and data flows.
• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of professional business analysis experience within hospitality, leisure, or workforce management required.
• Professional experience with platforms such as Workday, Legion, or Inntopia is essential.
• Strong skills in process mapping, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
• Able to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Must be able to work in the Mountain Time Zone.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 / hr.
