Job Summary
We seek a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. You will be instrumental in crafting our authentic and flavorful Mediterranean dishes.

Responsibilities
- Prepare various Mediterranean menu items, including gyros, souvlaki, pitas, salads, and sides.
- Adhere to strict recipe standards and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food production.
- Assist with inventory management and food ordering.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic kitchen culture.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong knife skills and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and Mediterranean flavors.
- A food handler's certification is required.
