A company is looking for a Director Global HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a high-performing HR shared services model, including offshore delivery centers
Drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across HR processes
Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HRIS platforms and ensure compliance across all HR systems
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 5 years in a technology services or consulting company
Proven experience in setting up and managing offshore shared services teams
Expertise in HRIS systems, data analytics, and reporting
Strong understanding of HR compliance and global labor regulations
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
