Sparkle Car Wash is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our Peru, IL team.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as second-in-command to the Site Manager; run the site in their absence.
Assist with daily deposits and banking duties.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.
Maintain consistency in operations and performance when the Site Manager is off-site.
Handle opening and closing responsibilities with attention to detail.
Earn commission on personally sold club plans.

Compensation & Benefits :

$17.50–$18.50 per hour.

Club plan commissions (available to all employees — management and non-management).
