Average weekly pay for Regional : $1,281 Average Weekly Pay for OTR : $1,769 23 : 1 driver to dispatcher ratio, with 2 out of 3 of our dispatchers with us for 5+ years! *Pay and Benefits : Sign On Bonus- Weekly Settlements with Direct Deposits- Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance- Company paid Life Insurance- Vacation : 1 year 1 week, 3 years 2 weeks- All NEW equipment- Factory equipped refrigerators in every truck- Average Length of Haul is 1,500 miles- 99% no-touch freight*Job Requirements : Drivers must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
- Must be 25 years of age.- Must have 24 months or more of recent verifiable experience in the last 36 months.- Valid Class A CDL license from the state you reside in.
- Must have a valid DOT physical or be willing to complete one*. - Complete and pass DOT pre-employment drug testing requirement.
- Must complete FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearing House Query and status must be "Not Prohibited" with no past "Prohibited" infractions or SAP (Return to work)- No more than (2) moving violations in the last (36) months, with no more than (1) in the last (12) months.
- No 15+ spedding, Reckless or Unsafe operation. (Rear-ends, rollovers, lane-changes)- No more than (2) preventable accidents in the last (36) months, with no more than (1) in the last (12) months.
- No Preventable DOT recordables.- No Felony changes or on probation. Misdemeanors upon review.
