Membership Sales Associate

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. What you'll do :

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care
• Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
• Promote and schedule first time visits to our Scenter
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for pets
• Drive key performance indicators average ticket price and rebook ratio through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
• Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
• Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices keep reception area clean and presentable
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager
