As the lead for this fast growing product, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution, driving the development and evolution of our Product Analytics offering.

What You’ll Do :
- Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Product Analytics, with efficient positioning and go to market tactics
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and product
- Collaborate with marketing teams to further push our message to the right personas, and build an effective sales motion
- Continuously monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on the product to optimize user experience and business impact
- Conduct interviews with customers to improve the product and better position our solution offering
- Act as a subject matter expert on product analytics, evangelizing its usage at Datadog, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration across the department and broader organization
Who You Are :
- You have a keen understanding of existing solutions, trends, and consolidation of the Product / Web / Digital Experience Analytics market
- You have a strong sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and business results, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You have sharp communication skills and the willingness to present your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike
- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights to drive product strategy
