Rosewalk Village Lafayette is now hiring a full-time COTA! Work in our outpatient assisted living community! The Occupational Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered occupational therapist.

Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. ASC Therapies Mentorship Program

• Structured 9 month mentorship program

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one
