Director of Accounting

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 15+ accounting professionals and oversee financial reporting for segment entities

Manage the month-end close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policies

Collaborate with leadership on process enhancements and lead strategic accounting projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience

Experience in a publicly traded company or Big 4 public accounting

Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance
