Sanford Health-Bismarck is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Palliative Care physician to join our team!

1 experienced advanced practice provider
Opportunity to grow and develop a practice
Strong collaboration with the oncology team
RN / Nurse Navigator
Monday thru Friday schedule with no call
Hospital consult / clinic follow-up
Nursing home outreach within community

Competitive Compensation Package Includes :

Compensation floor of $300,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs

In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
