We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented service Asset Manager to manage a Distributed Energy Systems (DES) service portfolio comprised of solar PV farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems, internal combustion engines and Microgrids with a primary focus on solar PV farms and battery storage systems.
As an Asset Manager CSM II (Client Service Manager), you will :
- Drives operational results.tracks resources and monitors performance of power plants
- Develops and maintains maintenance plans, and coordinates execution
- Support, inform, prioritize, and coordinate activities and both internal and external resources.
- Evaluate time-and-material (T&M) service orders for completed costs and scope of work; process invoices in accordance with standard billing practices
- Oversee contractual obligations, deliverables, and customer experience. Fulfills service contract obligations and documents events that impact operation, scope of work, and site performance
- Develops customer satisfaction through excellent communication and work product
- Ensures understanding of service agreement budget, activity plan and invoicing
- Drives successful financial performance for assigned accounts. Coordination on timely execution of service contract bookings, renewals, billing, and activity planning
- Achievement of order intake, revenue, and margin targets. Pursue project-specific change-orders opportunities
- Manages stakeholders’ relationships
- Act as a primary point of contact for service customers to ensure expectations are met
- Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, resulting in service work and scheduled or dispatched personnel
- Maintains strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and service providers.

Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology or other similar technical field preferred.
- 2+ years of energy industry-related experience with a focus on solar generation.
- Demonstrated Distributed Energy Systems Asset Manager experience
- Demonstrated excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and good organization skills
- Demonstrated strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change (preferred)
