Job Opportunity : Machine Operator
A client located in Aurora is looking for a Machine Operator . In this role you will perform daily activities of operating and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
Machine Operators are moving around in and out of the warehouse and production floor.
About the Company : Established in 1984, this company is a leading food processor and marketer in the U.S.
Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Proficiently operated a forklift for the transportation of large wooden crates.
- Completed paperwork tasks with ease, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Conducted thorough cleaning and inspection of machines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Worked with automated machines, requiring minimal supervision, and contributing to efficient operations on the production floor and in the warehouse.
Requirements :
- HS Diploma / GED
- 6+ months warehouse experience
- Forklift operation (3+ months)
- Lifts fifty-five pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic, independent and collaborator
- Adaptive learner, adaptable to new processes
Schedule : Monday to Friday (weekend work as needed during harvest)
- Shift Options : 1pm - 9 : 30pm
- Rotating Schedule : two on, two off, three on, two off, two on, three off
Pay : $18 - $20 / hr. DOE
