SSM is actively recruiting for a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Interventional Radiology department.
Job Details
- Assists with patient care management; provides follow-up care to patients; updates physicians and surgeons on patients' status.
- Keeps informed of inpatients' progress by attending daily rounds; documents progress in medical records charts; interacts with home health agencies.
- Completes patients' comprehensive health history summary and physical examinations; responsible for clinical resumes for discharged patients.
- Assists with pre-operative care for patients.
- 3-4 shifts per week
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
