Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for a 13-week assignment on the Tele / Stepdown unit. The position requires working night shifts, with 48 hours per week.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, including experience with Stepdown / PCU and reading and interpreting strips.
Epic experience, BLS, ACLS, and travel experience are preferred. The unit focuses on trauma patients with multiple system injuries and requires nurses to be proficient in managing tele, drips, and vents.
Weekly gross pay is estimated at $2926 per week based on qualifications and experience.
Unit Details :
- Focused on neuro, ortho, and surgical trauma patients
- Frequent drips include heparin, Cardizem, insulin, and ketamine
- Trained in moderate sedation for procedures like chest tube insertion and wound debridement
